Onsite Registration

Your badge is your admission ticket to Visual Studio Live! @ Microsoft HQ. Badges may be picked up at registration beginning Monday, July 17 during registration hours at the Microsoft Learning Center (Building 92). Upon registering for the event you will receive a registration confirmation email. A few days prior to the event you will receive a reminder confirmation.

The registration counter at the Microsoft Learning Center and the information desk at the Microsoft Commons Mixer Building* will be open during the following hours:

*The Microsoft Campus Buildings do not open until 7:00 am

Parking at the Microsoft Commons Mixer Building (Building 98A)

Parking is available under the Microsoft Commons Mixer Building (Building 98A). All attendees must enter the Mixer (Building 98) and the Learning Center (Building 92) through the designated entrances (check maps in the event program for entry points).

Shuttle Bus Routes and Schedule

Daily Shuttle Schedule
Visual Studio Live! will provide daily complimentary shuttle transportation between the Hyatt Regency Bellevue and the Microsoft Learning Center (Building 92) during the times below and will depart every 15 - 20 minutes. Please allow extra time during peak traffic periods.

Parking at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue

Self-parking is $35.00 per day for Sunday night through Thursday night stays (plus applicable taxes) Friday and Saturday night stays are complimentary (8pm Friday until 12am Sunday).

Valet Parking at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue is $45.00 per day (plus applicable taxes).

Attire

There is no particular dress code for Visual Studio Live! @ Microsoft HQ; however, general business casual attire is acceptable. The temperature in the session rooms may vary, so be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket. We recommend wearing layers.

Wireless Access

Conference attendees will have access to the Microsoft Commons Mixer Building and the Learning Center wireless networks during conference hours. The Network Name and Password will be listed in the event program and posted in the session rooms.

Exhibit Hours

Access to the Visual Studio Live! @ Microsoft HQ exhibits is available for two days per the following schedule:

Bag Check at the Microsoft Commons Mixer

We recommend you leave personal belongings at your hotel during the conference. A Bag Check will be available at the Microsoft Learning Center (Building 92) on Thursday, July 20 and Friday, July 21.
