In this session, you'll learn how to implement Scrum and perform release planning, sprint planning, forecasting, and tracking of work. You'll use Visual Studio to refine a product backlog, forecast work, plan and manage a sprint, and achieve our definition of "done" all using Visual Studio Team Services.
