Dine-A-Round Dinner

Join other conference attendees and speakers for a casual, no-host dinner and make a few new friends while enjoying the fun and delicious restaurants in the Anaheim area. This is your opportunity to meet fellow attendees and start friendships that can last for the week or even longer. Attendees can break into smaller groups based on where everyone wants to dine and head off to dinner. Everyone is responsible for their own dinner.

Welcome Reception
Tuesday, September 27

All conference attendees are invited to celebrate the start of Visual Studio Live! Anaheim with a private poolside reception. Featuring music, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and, of course, networking, the reception is the perfect way for attendees to get a taste of Southern California while getting to know new colleagues.

Birds of a Feather Lunch
Wednesday, September 28

Plumb the knowledge and experience of your colleagues, conference speakers and exhibitors by participating in one of the BoF Tables discussions. Tables will have a designated topic to help start discussions and interact with your fellow attendees. You may even learn a new trick or two or some great tips to take back to the office.

We will also have designated speaker tables - noted with the speakers’ name. Join your favorite speaker for a lunchtime discussion or just to ask questions or clarify anything from their sessions.

VSLive! Takes You Out to a Ballgame

Enjoy one last 2016 regular season Major League Baseball game with us in Southern California. Root, root, root for the home team as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim take on their AL West division rival the Oakland A’s! Join us for round trip transportation, a ticket to the game, popcorn, peanuts, cracker jacks, and lots of baseball fun.

Buses will depart the Hyatt Regency at 6:00pm; game begins at 7:05pm. Seats will be in the 500 level behind home plate. Everyone registered will receive $10 in Angels Bucks to spend on concessions or souvenirs. Buses will begin returning to the Hyatt Regency at 9:00pm; last shuttle will leave the stadium at 10:30pm.
