Who is Live! 360 for?
Live! 360 is for developers, application developers, software architects, designers, database administrators, IT professionals, administrators, security specialist, business users, data scientists, and consultants who will benefit from the most up-to-date and comprehensive training and knowledge-sharing available.

When is Live! 360 Orlando?
Live! 360 Orlando takes place November 12-17, 2023.

Where is Live! 360 Orlando?
Live! 360 Orlando will be held at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Florida. For more information about the conference location, please visit the Live! 360 Orlando Travel Page.

What's covered in the conference fee?
Your Live! 360 Orlando conference registration (6-Day, 5-Day, 4-Day, 3-Day, Workshop Pass, or Hands-On Lab Pass) grants you access to all sessions, meals, exhibits, events and activities on the days your package covers at the six co-located Live! 360 events:

• SQL Server Live!
• TechMentor
• Artificial Intelligence Live!
• Cloud & Containers Live!
• Cybersecurity & Ransomware Live!

Who can attend?
The conference is open to the public.

What meals are included with registration?
For all paid Live! 360 attendees, morning coffee and pastries and lunch are provided on all days you attend sessions or workshops at the conference.

Will I be able to request special meals (i.e. kosher, vegetarian, gluten free)?
Yes, you will be prompted for special meal requirements during the registration process.

How can I request assistance with special needs (i.e. hearing impaired)?
You will be prompted to tell us about your special needs during registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Can I bring a guest or companion to conference sessions and meals?
Only paid attendees are allowed in conference sessions and meals. Thank you for your understanding.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) - is less than 17 miles from the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando.

Airport Transportation
The Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando does not provide airport transportation, but there are several options:

Mears provides convenient and affordable transportation between the Orlando International Airport and the Loews Royal Pacific Resort. One way fares start at $18. This is a shuttle service that will have other stops along the way.

Mears can also assist with sedan reservations or advance taxi reservations.

• Self-parking is $15.00* per day

Will there be opportunities for small group discussions?
We have scheduled an evening event and other networking opportunities allowing you to learn and share in smaller group settings. We also encourage attendees to network during meals and breaks.

Registration

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
If you would like to use a Purchase Order you may do so when registering online. If you have any questions about using a purchase order, please contact our Conference Registrar at 949.296.9840. All payment must be received on or before Friday, October 20 or the registration will be canceled.

Where may I obtain your federal tax ID information for my accounting department?
Please contact our Conference Registrar Sara Ross at sross@converge360.com and they will fax or mail a completed W9 form to you. Live! 360 Federal Tax I.D. Number is 20-4583700.

Where can I access my registration receipt?
You will receive a link to a receipt with your confirmation email. The registration receipt link in your confirmation email is dynamic and will update automatically to reflect any payments or anything added to your conference registration.

How may I make changes to my registration?
You may request changes to your registration by writing to sross@converge360.com, or by calling 949.296.9840.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
All requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to sross@converge360.com in the registration office. Requests must be received by the cancellation deadline of October 20, 2023 to qualify for a refund. A cancellation-processing fee of $250 will be charged for each cancellation request. No refunds will be given after October 20, 2023.

If I cancel my conference registration will my hotel room cancelled as well?
No, these are handled separately. Please contact your hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.

If you added the Live! 360 Hotel Package to your registration and need to cancel your conference registration, Live! 360 will also cancel your hotel reservation at the hotel. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline of October 20, 2023, certain hotel cancellation fees may apply.

May I send someone in my place if I cannot attend?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the start of the conference, November 12, 2023. Requests must be made in writing and may be emailed to sross@converge360.com, or bring the request with you onsite.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, if you include your email address you will receive an email acknowledgement of your registration being received in the conference database.

Do you offer any education discounts?
We offer full-time college students and faculty from accredited universities a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To receive this discount, please contact our Conference Registrar at sross@converge360.com or 949.296.9840. Subject to Live! 360 verification.

Do you offer government or nonprofit discounts?
Employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions employees with a valid government photo ID or .mil / .gov email address, or employees of a nonprofit organization with 501(c) status are eligible for a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To receive this discount, please contact our Conference Registrar at sross@converge360.com or 949.296.9840. Subject to Live! 360 verification.

COVID Health and Safety Protocols

Will Live! 360 have any COVID Health and Safety Protocols in place?
The Staff of Live! 360 is paying close attention to state and federal public health guidelines, and monitoring local caseloads. If we need to implement any Covid onsite protocols (such as wearing a mask), we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Live! 360 expects attendees, speakers, and staff to adhere to the following safety protocols:

• You must stay home if you show any symptoms of illness, or you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of the event. Please contact the conference registrar at sross@converge360.com or 949.296.9840 if you must cancel due to illness.
• Everyone attending Live! 360 should take a COVID-19 home test with a negative test result before attending the event
• Mask wearing is optional at Live! 360 Orlando 2023. Consider wearing a mask if you are at increased risk for severe illness, or live with or spend time with someone at higher risk.
• Live! 360 will have disposable masks and hand sanitizer available throughout the event.
• We encourage you to visit the CDC website for the latest COVID 19 guidance.
