Learning all there is to know about Microsoft Azure in one hour? Not a chance. Taking an entire day to do a deep-dive in a specific topic? That's great if you know the rest, not so great if you're an Azure newbie. So how about learning the essentials? Or even better, learning how to construct a web application in 75-minutes that will use the best Azure has to offer developers? During this session, you'll construct a scalable, distributed, secured web application with Microsoft Azure. You'll host our web application with Web Apps, store data in Storage, SQL Database, and Caching, and secure it with Azure Active Directory. You'll also add background processing with the new Azure Functions service.
