What is included with my full size (10X10) booth space?

  • Each 10' x 10' pipe and drape booth includes the following standard equipment:
  • 8’ High Backwall – Color(s): Black
  • 3’ High Siderails – Color: Black
  • 6’ skirted table – Black (2' x 6' x 42" standard table)
  • Side Chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Booth ID Sign

*Please note: The ballroom will be carpeted in a multi-colored pattern.

Where do I ship my Bag insert?
If you purchased a bag insert as part of your package, please send a sample of the insert to Danielle Potts at dpotts@1105media.com to be approved prior to production.

Conference Registration and Passes

How many complimentary conference passes are included with our package?

  • Exhibit Package Booth receives one (1) complimentary 5-day conference pass.
  • Gold Sponsor Packages receive two (2) complimentary 5-day conference passes.
  • Platinum and Elite Sponsor Packages receive three (3) complimentary 5-day conference passes.

How many Booth Staff passes are included with our package?
Each booth package will receive three (3) exhibit hall booth staff passes. (Up to three (3) additional exhibit hall booth staff passes are available for $25 each.

What is the deadline for registering staff and complimentary pass attendees?
The registration deadline is November 18, 2016

How do I register booth staff and complimentary conference pass attendees?
To register booth staff click on the link below and select the exhibitor option.  When prompted for a password type in orlando.

Are booth staff able to go to sessions?
Booth staff will receive expo hall passes which only allow them into the expo area.

Contractor Services

How do I sign up for conference services like electricity, internet, etc…
Internet
Wireless internet is included at no charge. A wired connection can be ordered for a fee.  Order form and pricing is in the exhibitor manual.

Electricity
Electricity can be ordered by a form in the exhibitor manual you will be receiving.

Orders for electricity must be placed by November 18, 2016

How do I order a Lead Retrieval Unit?
You can add a lead retrieval device when you register your booth staff.
