Level: Introductory
As many organizations have moved from waterfall to more agile-based processes, the business and functional requirements tend to get shoved to the curb. This session will explore how business and functional requirements can still be valuable in an agile-based process and how you can write and perpetuate them throughout the project work. You'll also look at the challenges many projects encounter when requirements aren't considered. You'll target three areas:
- What are requirements and how are they important?
- How do I get requirements into an agile-based project?
- What tools are out there to manage my requirements in an agile-development path?
