Microsoft has been on a multi-year journey to transform the way we develop and deliver software to increase the rate at which we deliver value to customers, build products our customers want and improve the productivity (and happiness) of our engineering teams. In this session we'll look specifically at the Developer Divisions journey from a waterfall model in which we delivered software in 2-3 year cycles to a DevOps organization capable of delivering a continuous stream of value. We'll highlight lessons we learned along the way and our key success factors.
