Billy's first rule for designing better UX – don't sit down at your computer first. Use paper, pencil, and other real-world tools to explore a design space of ideas. Create many low fidelity, low investment designs, and then evaluate and select the best for further design, wireframing, and prototyping. This session will get you started.
