OK! You have read the Phoenix project, the Lean startup, and know the Scrum guide in and out. Time to make this work in your own organization, that happens to be a large corporate. What follows is deception, resistance and a large need for patience.

In my role as consultant, implementing DevOps mainly within large companies I encountered many situations that did not really fit the textbook.
