SQL Server 2016 and 2017 have major enhancements to existing availability features as well as brand new ones that increase uptime for SQL Server instances and databases. This full day workshop will cover not only what is new in SQL Server, such as all of the improvements to availability groups like automatic seeding and distributed AGs, but also SQL Server on Linux as well as important Windows Server 2016 features like site awareness, storage replica, and more that anyone implementing SQL Server should be aware of.

In addition to learning about the new features for availability, everyone will get hands on experience with some of these new features with labs custom designed for the day.

If you want to get up to speed quickly and get hands-on experience with what's new for availability in SQL Server, Windows Server, and Linux, sign up today.

You will learn:

  • What's new for availability for SQL Server 2016 and 2017
  • How Linux deployments differ from Windows Server deployments
  • What's new for SQL Server availability in Windows Server 2016
